In 1993, the UCF Business faculty established a goal to deliver the best
undergraduate business education in Florida. The product of alumni, faculty,
business leaders, and students, the Business Education 2010 (BE2010) curriculum
focuses on four competencies that are integrated throughout all coursework:
- Teamwork
- Communication
- Creativity
- Adapting to Change
Additionally, students learn about diversity and business ethics. All
undergraduate business students participate in service learning projects for the
Cornerstone Course.
Faculty, working with representatives from the business community, help you
develop these competencies as you work through the following required courses in
the Common Body of Knowledge. These are common courses among all programs in the
