COBA Pass System

Objective: To provide a virtual line for students by selecting a time slot in advance to avoid waiting in a line when you arrive.

Reminder: You are NOT required to make a COBA Pass in order to take an exam! If you want to come at a different time, you may have to wait if there is a line but you will not be blocked from doing so!

The COBA Pass is a program designed by the College of Business that will enable students to "reserve" a time slot to arrive at the testing lab to take their exams. The intent of this program is to reduce waiting times for participating students to ten minutes or less. Getting a COBA Pass is quick and easy, students will receive a reminder fifteen minutes prior to their scheduled time slot. Students can also choose to have notifications sent to their cell phones.

*The only requirements to use the system are a current Knight's Mail account, a valid UCF student ID, and your NID. See FAQ page for help if you are lacking one of the aforementioned items.

Reminder: If you are late for your COBA Pass slot, you will NOT be admitted into the lab, regardless of the reason. You must then reschedule another time slot or wait in the stand-by line.
