Overview
The Professional Master of Science in Management (PMSM) is a 16-month cohort program that meets two evenings a week, allowing the busy professional to work full-time while earning this degree. The PMSM provides an alternative to the MBA degree for students who desire specialized study and a high level of professional proficiency in management/human resources.

The PMSM Program offered by the University of Central Florida is specifically designed for individuals aspiring to successful careers in management, with an emphasis on human resource issues. Each student's development and education during this program will help them to achieve their full career potential and become an increasingly valuable member of their organizations. The program is comprised of 30 credit hours and an orientation weekend. Classes meet two evenings a week (Tuesday and Thursday) for 16 months.
The courses are intended to expose participants to new methods, concepts, and tools that will enhance their business and leadership skills. Innovative teaching methodologies such as team-based projects, interdisciplinary case studies, simulations, debating-the-issues activities, and self-assessment exercises are used to enhance the learning experience.
All classes are held at UCF's Downtown Orlando campus.
