Upon verification of eligibility and an initial consultation, a dedicated Growth Acceleration Consultant will conduct an in-depth business assessment, including an onsite visit.  Sustainable growth strategies will be developed, including shoring up financial practices, accessing capital, determining market diversification tactics and developing strategic business plans.  A Business Health Assessment Report will be provided that includes recommendations designed to aid you in effectively and efficiently growing your business.  You will collaborate with your Growth Acceleration Consultant through on-going confidential consultation as necessary to implement both strategic and tactical plans.

  • Company must have goal for growth
  • Minimum of 3 years in business
  • 5 or more full time employees
  • $500,000 to $10 million in annual sales
