If your business is located outside the SBDC at UCF area, please check with the Florida SBDC Network for the SBDC nearest you. If you are outside the state of Florida, you may visit the SBA/SBDC Partnership site to find your nearest SBDC.

Request for Counseling Form

The Request for Counseling form is provided here, in electronic format, for entrepreneurs and small business owners within the SBDC at UCF eight county area (Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Sumter, Lake, Flagler, Volusia, and Brevard). When you click on the Submit button, the form will automatically be forwarded to our office via email. We will not be able to schedule you for any individual assistance without this form. Once this form has been received, we will contact you to discuss your needs.
