Exam Schedule:

(All exams are administered in the testing lab. Exams One, Two, and Three are open from 7:00AM on the first day until Midnight of the last day listed. The Final Exam opens at 7:00 AM on Tuesday, and closes at 9:30 PM on Friday)

Exam One -  9/29-9/30

Exam Two - 10/20-10/21

Exam Three - 11/10 and 11/12

(Note: The University is closed on 11/11, so Exam Three will close at Midnight on Thursday)

Final Exam - 12/8-12/11

All Exams will be administered in the Testing Lab

Prerequisites:

Junior Standing; GEB3031

Course Objectives:

The objective of this course is to introduce you to the opportunities available in the world of entrepreneurship and new business ventures. The course is both theoretical and practical. The theoretical portion of the course will introduce you to the conceptual foundations of capitalism, entrepreneurship, value creation, and innovation. The practical portion of the course will provide you with the insight necessary to plan and start a new business. 

The instruction of this course will consist of a combination of lectures, class exercises, in-class cases, and Internet activities. Please contact me at any time if you have suggestions for material that should be covered in the lectures.
