“Economic Valuation of Health for Environmental Policy: Assessing Alternative Approaches”  

March 18-19, 2002

Please register for the conference in advance.  A $50 registration fee covers the two-day workshop, two lunches, refreshment breaks and parking.  There are three ways to register: 

1. Download and print the registration form and return by mail or by fax to (407) 823-3153. 

2. Download and complete the registration form and return it as an attachment in an e-mail to klee@bus.ucf.edu.   

3. Register on-line.  (Link available soon.)  However, our server is not secure.  You may register on-line, but you have to send your credit card information by telephone (407-823-2446) or fax (407-823-3153) or e-mail ( klee@bus.ucf.edu ).
