Non-Credit Internships

Spring 2010 Credit Internships

• All official sponsors must submit a Spring 2010 application regardless of past program participation.

• Internships with companies that have not applied with us must first qualify. 

• In order to apply for an internship, students must have completed MAR 3023 with a "B" or better AND have an overall GPA of 2.8 or higher.

• All students that wish to receive academic credit for an internship through the UCF Marketing Department for Spring 2010 must:

  1. Submit an application for approval by: November 13, 2009

  2. Secure an internship with an approved academic sponsor before: January 11, 2010

  3. Attend the mandatory orientation session to be held on:  January 11, 2010 - Time / Location T.B.A.

Spring 2010 Intern Deadlines

• Application Deadline - November 13 (for us to send your resume out), if you find your own internship, deadline is January 11

Fall 2009 Intern Deadlines

• Bi-Weekly Reports

• 9/4, 9/18, 10/2, 10/16, 10/30, 11/13, 11/27, 12/4

• Intern / Supervisor Learning Agreement

• September 4

• Supervisor's Email to Coordinator

• November 13

• End of Semester Portfolio

• November 20

• LAST DAY TO COMPLETE 300 HOURS

• December 4
