Dr. James Jiang is Professor of Management Information Systems at the University of Central Florida since 2001. His master degrees were in the areas of Computer Sciences (M.S.), Applied Mathematics/Statistics (M.S.), and Management Sciences (MBA).  He obtained his Ph.D. in Information Systems.   Dr. Jiang is also the honorary Sun Yat-Sen Management Chair Professor (逸仙管理講座) at National Sun Yat-Sen University, 2007-2010.  He was the honorary Jing-Ding Chair Professor (金鼎講座), National Central University, Taiwan, 2003-2005.  His research interests include IS personnel management, IS project management, and IS service quality management.  He has published over one hundred referred academic journal articles in those areas in the journals such as Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Sciences, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, IEEE Transactions on System, Men, & Cybernetics, Decision Support Systems, Journal of Association of Information Systems (JAIS), Communications of ACM, European Journal of Information Systems, Information & Management, and MIS Quarterly.   A recent article published by the Communications of the Association of Information Systems (CAIS) has ranked him as one of the global most productive IS researchers.  Currently, he is an associate editor in MIS Quarterly and Information Resources Management Journal.
