From downtown Oviedo turn north onto Hwy 426 (it jogs left off of Broadway in downtown OV-town).

Follow 426 about 7 miles to Hwy 46 (the traffic light) in Geneva.

Turn right on Hwy 46, heading east toward Mims.

Go about 4 miles (at mile 3 you will pass the Geneva Inn) and turn left onto Rest Haven (if you get to the St. John's River, you've gone too far! )

Go about a half mile and turn left off of the paved road onto Beatrice Cove (the second left). 

Go to the end of the road (second house, big grey kind of a farmhouse).
