"The T.E.A.M. Web site strives to provide faculty with resources in support of their efforts to integrate teamwork into their courses."

Teams are an increasingly important organizational form. Because of this students of all disciplines are likely to encounter teams and therefore need to understand how to survive in this environment. As faculty members who have struggled to teach our students teamwork skills, we feel a need for a single-point, widely available resource to help others in their teamwork education efforts. The T.E.A.M. Web site is our contribution to the teamwork education community. Our goal is for the Web site to provide faculty with a resource that provides

  • information on the nature of teams and teamwork,
  • teaching materials designed to assist faculty in the teaching of teamwork skills,
  • in-class activities intended to reinforce teamwork concepts, and
  • examples of how faculty have integrated teamwork into their courses.

Happy Teaming!!
