Special Request Email

Special Request email messages are sent to the Cornerstone Board by teams who did not choose a Junior Achievement project and found that all the projects on the General Project List have been taken before they can choose one.

Email the Cornerstone Board at:

cornerstone@bus.ucf.edu

In the Subject line of the email, type “Lab#, Team Name, Special Request":  Insert your lab section number and the name of your team along with the words "Special Request."

Example:   Section 18, The Fortunate Ones, Special Request

Make sure that you enter your lab instructor's email address in the CC field.

In the body of the email message include:

1.       Your name. (The name of the one team member actually sending the message)

2.       Your team name. (ie. The Fortunate Ones)

3.       The names (first and last) of all the members of your team.

4.       Your instructor’s name. (Your lab instructor, NOT Dr. Ford)

5.       Your lab section number. (ie. Section 18)

6.       The Code for the project your team wanted as its first choice. (This in no way insures that you will get a similar project, but it does give the Board some direction in finding you an alternative project.)

7.       The Code for five or six other projects that your team had been interested in working on.

The Board will reply to you and your lab instructor with a project that has been secured for your team to work on.
