·        Saturday, September 5 from noon to 4pm - Project Selection Process (via Webcourses): Teams who fail to secure a project by the specified time risk

·        Week 4 Project Initiation Blueprint: 50 points

o   Statement of Purpose (business writing component)

o   SMART Goal (expressed in one sentence meeting all criteria)

o   Signed Client Agreement Form

o   Worksheet for Identifying Project Objectives

o   The 10 Worst Things That Could Happen

 

 

 

 

 

·        Week 5 - Worksheet for Tracking Project Implementation : 20 points

o   Implementation Worksheet will be updated and turned in again with each Progress Report

o   Finalized sheet will be included with Reflections Report

 

 

 

·        Week 12 or 13 (see your individual lab itinerary) - Preliminary Planning Worksheet (from text): Pass/Fail (deductions for failing to submit)

o   Point deduction from Reflections Presentation if not submitted

 

 

 

·        Week 15 - Project Outcome Reflections Report: 50 points

o   Meeting Agendas

o   Meeting Minutes

o   Form for Capturing Lessons Learned

o   Worksheet for Tracking Project Implementation (finalized sheet submitted with Reflections Report...if you have been updating this throughout the semester, it should be almost complete)

o   Client Confirmation of Deliverables

o   Client Evaluation of Team (update with your lab instructor's contact information)

o   Team Evaluation of Client (optional)

o   Timesheets (one completed for each individual on the team)

 

 

 

·        Week 13, 14  & 15 (see your individual lab itinerary) - Reflections Presentation/Multimedia Deliverable: 40 points

o   Website will be reviewed and evaluated as part of presentation grade

o   Release forms...get these signed by people you want to use on your websites. This is especially important for teams working with children.
