Founder, Applicant Screening And Processing
Jim received his B.S.B.A. in finance in 1986, and a M.B.A. in 1992. He began his career working in residential property management. In 1993, he started Applicant Screening And Processing (ASAP) out of his home. By 2001, ASAP was the largest Florida based tenant screening company. He eventually sold the company and retired in 2006. Jim serves on the CBA Dean’s Executive Council and is active with the Venture Lab as well as the Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
